Common Questions

Entered the wrong licence plate number?

Contact us immediately via our Help Centre. We can only make changes to your e-vignette before it has been activated in the official bgtoll.bg system. The Bulgarian National Toll Administration (NTA) does not allow modifications to active e-vignettes. This includes no plate corrections, no country changes, and no date shifts. That means once your e-vignette is live, no changes or refunds are possible. If the details are wrong and your e-vignette is already active, you’ll need to purchase a new one.

Haven’t received your confirmation email?

Check your spam folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it’s still not showing up, contact our support team via the Help Centre and we’ll resend it.

Use our validity checker, or check directly in the official Bulgarian system at check.bgtoll.bg — enter your licence plate and country of registration to see your registration status, vignette type, and validity dates.

Received a compensatory fee notice?

It’s important that you contact us right away with as many details as possible. Please attach a scan or photo of the notice so we can check whether the fee was issued due to a registration error on our part (in which case our compensatory fee guarantee applies) or for something outside our scope.
